This is an awesome little tool. Much better manufacturing quality than the weedeater it's used to start. It has a ratcheting tip that spins freely once the engine is started, so it doesn't twist your arm off. It's such a simple idea I'm not sure why small engines have not always used something like this.

I am an older person now and can't be wasting my energy trying to start up my weedwhacker so a drill and this tool makes it so easy for me. I have been using it for a year or so and still working good

I love this thing. I am old and can not pull the cords on my weed eater anymore. Between bad fingers, bad elbow, and bad shoulder I am bad all around. This little gadget on my cordless drill works like a charm starting my Troybilt week eater. My arm is very grateful.

I use this on my Craftsman gas trimmer. It works perfectly. I use the high setting on my cordless drill, I started with the slower speed and it didn't work. High speed starts it right up.

Never again will I have to pull the cord!!! Cheap and well worth it, must have. It should be sold with the troybilt weed-eaters because it is time somethings are improved. I'm sure other companies will start implementing this capability in their pull-start tools soon, too.

This worked perfectly and saved me from having to purchase a whole new weed eater. The parts list for ordering didn’t show the specific parts I was looking for that would have allowed me to fix the pull starter. This simple item lets me start the weed eater up without the pull starter.

I have a Craftsman with the Speed Start option. This allows me to chuck the tool in my cordless drill and spin the motor to start it instead of having to pull the start it with the pull rope. This works perfectly on my Craftsman WeedWacker and saves me a lot of pulling to start it. Great system and tool!

Great product. I use it for my trimmer/blower. After having a couple of surgeries I needed something to ease the process of starting the motor without me having to bend down and do it. This jump-start is exactly what I needed. Troy Bilt motors seem difficult to get going but that quickly becomes null when using something like this

I am so happy with this thing I can hardly express it. You just put it in the chuck of your drill, shove it into the fitting on the leaf blower, and press the trigger. No more pulling the cord 5 times. Follow Troy-Bilt's starting instructions before applying the electric start bit, and it will start. One of the truly great buys you'll ever find.
