Excellent accessory for improving your kick and not wasting time on chasing the ball.

Bought for my son. He is short and skinny but I believe it will be really helpful for solo training purposes.

Ball holder, belt, and cord appear to be durable and of good quality. The belt is easy to use and adjust, as is with the elastic cord. Kids were able to practice kicking, juggling, and throwing the ball.

Works well for my daughter who is practicing daily and needed to repeat drills more than she needed to be running after the ball. She used this and got more practice.

This thing is awesome, it’s my son’s first time playing and wanted something to help him learn. I set them up and put him out and he loves using it. Elastic works great. You kick the ball and it comes right back, it also has some good give in the rope so that you can give it a good kick without worrying about it flying back too soon.

This is great, now I can practice all my kicks without worrying about the ball going over the fence or having to run all over the place retrieving it. I can practice my aim and ball trajectory without any problems. Awesome idea and product.

This is such an awesome training tool for soccer. We got this for our son for his birthday and he absolutely loves it as do the rest of our kids. It fits around his size 4 ball great. He has been playing with it the past week and the straps haven't loosened at all. The waist belt is great.

Now my sons can play with their soccer balls in our yard. Thanks! We live on a very busy road and our cozy home is situated on a hillside so playing soccer here is not very likely. My son can now practice various skills and we need not worry about the ball going out into the street.

I purchased two of these hands free ball trainers for my son. They have been using them nonstop for the past four days and loving them. Both are seven years old and new to soccer, so this is really helping them learn technique without having to run after the ball every five seconds. I super recommend for younger kids!
