Just hang over the back of the door and place your hats in the holders. They are out of the way and keep their shape while waiting for you to wear them. I will be ordering another when I get a few more hats,

This was perfect since all I wanted was a simple way to display my hats and get them off the shelf. Just a little accent to my corner of the place. Incredibly easy to set up and works perfectly. The hooks leave a little to be desired. For my needs and simple display, this was a great purchase.
