I liked it. Used it today with blended-roasted sweet potatoes. Did not have a problem with consistency. I do add a little bit of water to the veggies to get the purée a little silkier. Just go slowly, keep consistent pressure, and it’s a non-issue.

Long story short my baby was 3 pounds at birth. She was doing stellar at packing on the pounds until she figured out how to move. She is very active and has been steadily losing weight. She is 13 months and weighs only 11 pounds. Doctors gave me a month to get her to 15 pounds or they'd need to give her a feeding tube. So I have had her on a high-calorie high protein diet. That kind of baby food is hard to find. I was wasting so much food because she is so tiny she can't possibly eat it all before it goes bad. So I invested in this product. I am a single mom who works full time. This is a time saver and I know she will get the calories and proteins she needs. I am able to make a week's worth of food for her in under an hour. I can go to work knowing she will have plenty of yummy protein shakes, purees, and smoothies. I will use this well into her school years and would recommend it to anyone who has a baby.

I used to think squeeze bags were the dumbest, laziest baby product ever. Then I took a 12-hour road trip with an 8-month-old and on a whim bought (gasp) - premade squeeze bags. I was hooked and immediately bought this product as I make all of my child's food. These work as advertised and do not leak. As my child has gotten older it is mainly used for apple sauce, pudding, fruit smoothies, and yogurt.

We did baby-led weaning but once my little one hit 15 months, she refused veggies. Premade pouches were found to have arsenic so I bought this product to make my own. WOW. I was amazed! It was super easy to use and clean. My daughter can easily drink from the pouches and I love how the caps are reusable. I highly recommend purchasing this and will definitely recommend it to my friends with littles.

I love the Baby Food Maker! I love the Baby Food Maker! I love the Baby Food Maker! It really makes my life much easier. I cook in large batches and store the food in the bags and then freeze them. In the morning I take the ones I need out and put them in the fridge to defrost. When I go out I take them with me and it's simple. I don't have to wash bowls or cups. I simply squirt the food into the spoon and toss the bag when we're done. I also feed my baby directly from the pouch as well. She loves that!

I’m always trying to cut corners when it comes to baby food. My 13-month-old daughter just started trying different food pouches and loves apples. So, instead of spending the money on ready-made ones, I gave this a whirl to see if she’d like them. The result: SHE LOVED IT! I made 9 pouches out of a $1.99 jar of applesauce. I probably could’ve made 10 but I had some spillage and she ate some while I made them. I just put them all in a large Ziploc and put them in the freezer. She usually snacks on one a day or if we go somewhere I’ll take one just to have on hand. Just lay the pouch(es) out on the counter and once it’s thawed, stick them in the fridge. Can’t wait to make more and try other foods.

Love this. My baby has refused prepackaged baby food since day one. I just thought he wasn't ready but I was wrong. He wants real food. This makes it soo easy to make and store in the freezer.

I and my 11-month-old love these! They are very easy to fill and use and practical. I bought the spout to go with these as my son loves to try and feed himself, so the spout doesn't let it all come out at once and get everywhere. When we are in the car, if he gets hungry, I grab one and give it to him. He gets all excited and does his little "happy scream" (which it's extremely loud and high-pitched in a vehicle, lol). I've bought two boxes so far and am about to order my third for him. I will continue buying these well into his toddler years and maybe longer as this product is perfect for a grab-and-go item whether it has fruit or veggies or whatever it may be.

Oh, my goodness! I am IN LOVE! The first time I saw this product, I thought it was a little ridiculous (who actually needs this thing?). Turns out, I do! It makes my life so much easier. We did 100% baby-led weaning with my older child (where the baby starts out eating table foods from the beginning), so I have zero experience with purees or baby food of any kind. However, my newest child is a late teether and underweight (not unrelated, I'd say). We had to get creative. I make lots of healthy fat-filled, calorie-dense purees in my Vitamix (avocado, coconut oil, lots of greens, whatever veggies I have lying around, nuts, sweet potato, beans, bananas, chia seeds, fruit to add flavor... you name it, I've tried it!), and then simply squeeze them into pouches and freeze. I only have to do this once or twice a month, and voila! Organic, whole food baby food to pack on the pounds! My son took a while to warm up to purees in general, but he loves them now :). And my toddler likes to have smoothies or applesauce in these pouches, too. The construction is simple and easy to figure out, and seriously easy to clean (bonus points from this brain dead, exhausted mama!) :).
