This bank is so cute. It's made of wood backing and like a plexiglass front that can be unscrewed to get the money out. I haven't unscrewed it yet myself. The slot is big enough for dropping change and bills but I haven't done that as of yet with bills. I bought this for my granddaughter who just turned one.
