I have not used it. It's a Christmas gift for 3 family members. However, they are very sleek looking and came in these cute boxes that I can wrap and put under the tree. I hope they work or last as good as they look. I was at a lost about what to purchase for them, so pleased that you sold these.

I absolutely love the color of it the blue it's amazing but most of all the last year so I've lost all of my fingers on both hands except my thumbs so being able to touch this is a necessity for me and it fits everything that I need so thank you much only problem I had was how long it took and I realized that's not your folks problem it's a worldwide problem thank you again

Takes a bit to get hot and the element is smaller than a cigarette so it takes a bit to get it lit. But it works and holders a charge .
