It was a gift to my niece and whereas I didn't think I did well with gifts for Christmas this year she said she loved it, especially knowing teens don't take time to read paper books anymore. It makes for a great decoy.

It's large enough to do what I need it to do. It tucks into the bookshelf among my other books. I've had cash taken by employees and pain killers as well. If they don't know stuff is here, it can't be stolen.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She loved it. The picture on the "book" is clear and very cute. The pages on the side do look like they are real even moving a little. The safe itself is easy to use and doesn't catch.

So I bought this for two reasons. First, to show my wife I am in fact good at hiding gifts in plain sight. And two because on your first anniversary websites say you should give a gift that involves “paper”.
