The ease of use is very good as is the portability. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. First, the cover for the USB plug came off within 5 uses. I did my best to put it back on, but it came off again with a couple more uses. It is a silicon, so it is difficult to manipulate into a tiny hole. The second issue is minor and has to do with the size of the bag. I wish it were a little larger so I wouldn’t have to work so hard to put everything I need in it. If I used the mouth piece, it would be fine, but I use the face cup. This cup ends up getting a bit contorted in the process of stuffing it in the bag, and it often sticks out a little. The final issue is extremely minor and has to do with cleaning. The instructions say to clean it after each use, yet the reservoir has enough room for several uses. I have opted to wipe down the cup for the face and the “steam” exit areas after each use with a cloth with silver in it. However, after a full day’s use, I will again wipe everything down with that cloth (including the reservoir) AND use an alcohol pad afterwards. Overall, I have no regrets with this purchase.
