I use it for lower back support for my spinal stenosis. The ability to adjust it to your needs with the extra straps to adjust it beyond the basic position is very good and the back support is very comfortable. Great product!

This is the best!! I have had 2 back surgeries and possibly a 3rd one coming up. This support/brace is comfortable, supportive, and I am still able to move with it on!

It is a light but very firm girdle and looks great on the lumbar part, it does not climb when walking, plus you can wear it under your clothes and it is not noticeable. The size was very good as described

I put this on immediately upon receiving this back brace. I was having trouble with my back and have had for several years. I felt relief immediately. This brace really helps me to sit longer without pain. I have scoliosis and it’s hard to sit up straight, so whenever I need to drive a distance or work at a desk, I wear it. It has to be tight to help me, and it does get a little uncomfortable after a few hours, but it is worth it, and way better than back pain!

I had back surgery 2 years ago. The brace I have been waring occasionally is big and bulky. I bought this one because it’s smaller. Fits well....comfortable and takes the pressure off my back. I recommend this back brace.
