This is really sturdy. I've been able to use it with my cell phone and even strong enough to hold my DSLR camera. The legs extend high enough for me to film when I'm in the seated position. There is a good strong control arm too for this product. I love it.

I love this tripod for being so light, strong, and portable. I was able to use it with my cell phone and with my EOS Canon Camera. I also used it for fill light and adapted flash to it

. The pose can elongate high enough for my use so I can have more video angles. It is portable and light so it needs to be careful to flip over. Just need to use it carefully. But it is decent for home studio and the camera and phone mount are the bonus for this tripod set.

The tripod goes up to a pretty good height when all legs are opened. There is also a phone holder with it. It's lightweight. Overall the material feels decent.

This tripod is very lightweight and sturdy. I originally purchased this because I was trying to record my golf swing, but I ended up falling in love with its lightweight, sturdiness, and how portable it is, so I’ll probably end up keeping it in my car for when we go to the beach or something and want to take photos. I love the durability of this product, it is very sturdy. It was very easy to assemble. I love the fact that the phone holder rotates at 360 degrees, extremely helpful for videos & pictures. I’m very happy about this product.
