Very comfortable to sit on. Helps support my twisted spine and makes sitting in chairs and in car seats much much better. Others who have straight spines have also raved about it when they sit in my chair. II highly recommend it.

I installed it in the back seat behind the driver for my super senior father along with a handgrip fitted below the driver seat headrest. He has liked this arrangement very much. Getting in and out of the car has become easier and he is very happy every time he has to ride in the car.
