Really nice, easy clean! Sturdy made, works well-cutting peppers, onions, etc.

This is a must if you want smaller diced tomatoes for pico de gallo. I used to spend a fair amount of time dicing tomatoes for tacos and pico. This device has made my life so much easier. I just slice Roma tomatoes in half (long ways) pop it In and press down. Tomatoes sliced in 30 seconds from start to finish. I have been using for the past year and have not had any problems. Cleanup is not difficult, not as easy as I would like, but it is nothing too bad. It really only takes like 2 or 3 minutes and you're done.

I am amazed at how quickly this veggie chopper has become part of my food preparation. I use it on a regular basis to chop carrots, radishes, cucumbers, zucchini, potatoes, cooked beets, and turn one or a combination of them into ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook form. It's pretty sturdy, too. The blades are quite sharp, necessarily so, so take caution when handling them. On my unit, the tiny two-part plastic slider that locks the blades in place came apart and I need to figure out how to reinsert it. But the unit works quite well without this piece. I highly recommend it!

I am impressed with the sturdiness and quality of this slicer! Usually, things like this are somewhat flimsy but not this device. The plastic feels dense and sturdy and the blades, which are the real workers on the product, are made of quality metal mounted in a frame that will give them the support they need for slicing/dicing. It's easy to disassemble and clean, for which a brush is included. You can change the knife grid for either of two sizes of dice. One is perfect for soup, the other for hot dogs or sandwiches. This is a purchase about which I feel very good.

I ordered this chopper in the hope that it would be a more durable unit than others I have had and used. I was amazed at the construction of the product. Truly a heavy-duty chopper that has met all my expectations. I used it yesterday, the day I received and it performed flawlessly. Cleanup was a snap. I would recommend this product to anyone who chops a lot of onions and doesn't want all the tears. An awesome chopper.

I love this little chopper! I chopped up a gallon freezer bag of onions and a quart freezer bag of bell peppers in 15 minutes! It is very sharp! Don’t touch the blades. Use the raised edges to remove them. The little brush that’s included helps a lot with cleaning inside the pusher block. I chopped up two heads of lettuce and had little pieces stuck in the crevices. The brush and some hot soapy water had it cleaned out in just a few minutes. I tried to chop carrots up and felt like I had to force it so I quit. It also easily diced up tomatoes. It didn’t smash or squish them. I laid the whole cherry tomato on the blade and chopped them up for a salad. I would highly recommend this chopper to others.

Originally purchased this for using with onions but it also works great for making tasty apple snacks, just cut the apple 4 ways and scrape off the seeds, if apple is too big you can cut it again to make smaller, used the larger grid for the apple snacks, the quality of the product looks and feels solid, one thing to note - you have to slightly press down on the green part with one hand in order to engage the lock using other hands. Clean-up was also easy with water.

I love this darn thing! I was resisting buying one for so long, telling myself I was just being lazy, but I am a changed woman. My least favorite part of cooking has always been knifework, especially chopping or dicing mirepoix or holy trinity to get started. This chopper gets that job done in seconds, it's crazy fast! The blades are super SUPER sharp, which is what you want, but just be careful when you clean or change the blades inside! Speaking of cleanup, this was easy to wash by hand. The only part that took some doing was cleaning between the plastic guides that push the vegetable through the blade, but the chopper comes with a small brush for this purpose, so you're all set! I say go for it, if you're a knifework hater like me, you'll be glad you ordered this baby!

I really liked this product wish I would have purchased earlier, I liked the way it handled it cut really quick threw my vegies and it had a compartment so your food can fall in was made great so far holding up I have used it several times already and only had it 3 weeks. on sturdiness, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4 but I'm going to wait and see on how it holds up a couple of months from now, GREAT SO FAR

On my first night that I received it, I chopped an onion cut in half, a quartered carrot, and a quartered celery stalk, each individually. All went through very well, with a fast push on the handle. I did actually cut my finger, trying to dislodge a piece of carrot- BEWARE- the blade is very sharp! Yes, I knew it was a dumb move and learned a very fast lesson! Anyway, since then, I have used it multiple times, keeping it on the small dice blade. It's a breeze to use and clean up. If a person has a hard time with arthritis or has little arm/hand strength, this might give them a hard time- just something to think about. Highly recommend!
