Exactly what I needed to allow for multiple hand positions to prevent numbness. Horns are almost inconspicuous. Very pleased with the quality and comfort. Worth the price.

These are really comfortable handlebar. I have probably average size hands for an adult man. They are plenty big enough for my hands, would fit larger hands.

They are a nice improvement over my traditional round grips with large bar end extensions. They help keep my wrists at a good angle with proper palm support. They are firm with a very minor cushion, so I'll likely keep using my biking gloves for longer rides. The extensions are small and not really what I would use for a long time, but good enough to change hand position every so often.

I don't need gloves anymore! I've had 2 carpal pummels and arthritis and these make my hands very comfortable. I can rest my palms flat which takes away cramping pain. Very sturdy and fits well!

Painful hands? I have arthritis on my hands and I was looking for this kind of grips and I finally find them. They are amazing. Your hands will rest on these grips. Perfect shape for help with painful hands. Ah. And very well made. Strong. They never spin, not even move. 100% recommend it.

They're much better than the other ones I had that would slip off. These lock into place and haven't moved no matter how much sweat gets on them.

Before this handle, I would get a slight cramp in my hands from holding the handlebar on 14+mile rides. This is durable, feels strong, and a great improvement.
