I liked the way I could cut the brownies all at once! However, I didn't bake with the separation rack but used it after the baking was complete.

I love how easily the insert cuts the brownies. I don't usually include the insert while I am baking them (though I have and it works great). But I do use it to cut uniform brownies without all the mess and I love it for that.

Outstanding! My wife used it to bake some fantastic brownies. The metal is the right thickness and does not warp or bend. Very nice to use and super easy to clean. I would definitely buy it again if needed!
